Get banned at rvdmarkets forum

Few days ago , i am still active at making some post at forum , but i am surprised because since i am login at morning day , then reading v bulletin message , that sayng me got banned with reason ip matching , messgae that appear from v bulleting message

You have been banned for the following reason: ip matching ( open a ticket to solve your issue) Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I don't understand what happened , but i am only guessing if get banned because my account suspicious as double account , then i am trying to submit ticket to support@rvdmarkets.com , my message is like as below

Dear support@rvdmarkets.com On the ast month i am is active member at forum-english.rvdmarkets.com . but last night i am surprised because have v bulletin message if i got banned with reason ip matching message like as below , You have been banned for the following reason: ip matching ( open a ticket to solve your issue) Date the ban will be lifted: Never I just want to ask please help to activated my account because so far i am only register one account at forum english-rvdmarkets.com with one email too and please rechecked , Thankyou

After waiting a day then get answer from support rvdmarkets and they ask my nickname at forum , then i am tell my nickname at forum is radex78 , and next day , my account already lifted from banned member , so still have opportunity to start posting again
